Nurses In Canada provides international nursing recruitment and placement services, including:

• Job matching between internationally educated nurses and Canadian healthcare employers
• Guidance on credential recognition, licensing, and immigration processes
• Resume review, interview preparation, and career consultation
• Access to job listings, resources, and educational content

We act as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment or specific placement outcomes.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
• Not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of our website or systems
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your professional status or contact information
• Treat all employers, staff, and other users with respect and professionalism

As a candidate using our recruitment services, you acknowledge that:

• All credentials, licenses, and documents you submit must be genuine and verifiable
• You authorise us to share your profile with prospective employers for placement purposes
• You will not simultaneously engage multiple competing recruitment agencies without disclosure
• You will inform us promptly if you accept an offer through another channel
• Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination of services

Healthcare employers and organisations using our services agree to:

• Use candidate information solely for the purpose of employment evaluation
• Not share candidate profiles with third parties without consent
• Comply with all applicable employment and human rights legislation in Canada
• Pay agreed placement fees as set out in separate employer agreements
• Provide accurate job descriptions and working conditions to candidates

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Nurses In Canada and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurses In Canada shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Loss of employment opportunities or income
• Delays or failures in immigration or licensing processes beyond our control
• Actions or omissions of third-party employers or government agencies

Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, employers, or our organisation. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
